Leadership Breakthroughs

Are you a leader that embraces change or resists change? Followers are not the ones who typically encourage or instigate change in an organization. In fact, they can slow it down even if a leader encourages it. However, a lot of leaders don’t like change either, especially when it’s someone else’s idea. They often feel threatened with the thought that it might hurt them in some way. Oftentimes, the more prominent the leader is, the more they resist.

With the development of online tools for successfully building a network marketing business, through building lead lists and adding affiliate marketing to the mix, both team and corporate network marketing leadership has put up resistance. However, more and more home business owners are looking at new ways to find and attract leads and are taking a leadership posture to break through the resistance. They, in essence, become Renegade Network Marketers. As they take that role, they are also seeking the training and leadership of those who have forged the trail and crossed the barriers ahead of them.

As a leader, you are probably an influencer. One of the best ways to introduce change is to involve as many people as possible. Great ideas come from the collaboration of lots of good ideas.
